In order to better serve their clients, Interstates Instrumentation has expanded its support services and is now featuring on-demand and maintenance availability during business and non-business hours. Customers will now have immediate access to a technician on an ongoing basis.
In related developments, the company has also been certified as an authorized service provider for Iowa and Nebraska by Endress+Hauser, a leading global instruments manufacturer.
“As an authorized E+H service provider, we’ll be able to offer warranty work in our region, as well as provide customized training to our customers,” states Brian Victicovich, manager of the expanded services initiative.
In addition to on-site instrumentation technician support, Interstates Instrumentation offers scheduled services including calibration, shut-down or startup services, diagnostics and troubleshooting, as well as operator and maintenance training.
While Interstates Instrumentation has always offered service to their existing customers, this expansion offers a way to introduce Interstates’ integrated capabilities to a larger number of clients.
